पार्श्वयोः सममूरू विन्यस्य पार्श्वयोजनुनी निदध्यादित्यभ्यासयोगादि- न्द्राणी ॥ ११ ॥
Encircling the woman's sides with his thighs, his knees at her side, he widens her. This position, which requires practice, is known as the Queen of Heaven.

इन्द्राणिक मिली हुई जाँघों को बगल में रखकर और पुरुष की बगल में घुटनों को स्थापित कर देने पर इन्द्राणिक आसन होता है। यह आसन आभ्यासिक है अर्थात् अभ्यास से ही किया जा सकता है ॥ ११ ॥
