व्यालाश्रयापि विकलापि सकण्टकापि वक्रापि पङ्किलभवापि दुरासदापि । गन्धेन बन्धुरसि केतकि सर्वजन्तारेको गुणः खलु निहन्ति समस्तदोषान ॥२१॥

O lotus flower! Insects live in you, you do not even produce any fruit that can be eaten, your leaves are covered with thorns, you grow crooked, you bloom in the mud, no one can find you easily, but because of your incomparable fragrance. Be loved by everyone like other flowers. Therefore, only one quality can destroy all the defects.
