अन्नाद्दशगुणं पिष्टं पिष्टाद्दशगुणं पयः । पयसोऽष्टगुणं मांसं मांसाद्दशगुणं घृ॒तम् ॥१९॥

There are ten times more bulls in ground flour than in standing grain. Milk has twice the strength of ground flour. There is eight times more power in meat than in milk and ten times more power in ghee than in meat.
