यस्मिन् देशे न सम्मानो न वृत्तिर्न च बान्धवाः। न च विद्यागमोऽप्यस्ति वासस्तत्र न कारयेत्॥८॥

Never live in a country where you have no respect, where there is no employment for you, where you have no friends and where you cannot acquire any knowledge.

english translation

उस देश मे कभी निवास न करें जहाँ आपकी कोई ईज्जत न हो, जहाँ आप के लिए कोइ रोजगार न हो, जहा आपका कोई मित्र न हो और जहाँ आप कोई ज्ञान आर्जित न कर सके। ॥८॥
