Charak Samhita
विगुणेष्वपि खल्वेतेषु जनपदोद्ध्वंसकरेषु भावेषु भेषजेनोपपाद्यमानानामभयं भवति रोगेभ्य इति ॥८॥
[General measures for the management] In spite of these inauspicious factors, there is no fear of diseases to those persons who possess medicines that have been obtained well in advance.
