गुरूष्णवासा दिग्धाङ्गो गुरुणाऽगुरुणा सदा। शयने प्रमदां पीनां विशालोपचितस्तनीम् ॥१६॥

॥ Guidelines for sexual health॥ In the winter season, one should always wear thick and warm clothes and the body should be anointed with thick paste of aguru (Aquilaria agallocha Roxb) (eagle-wood).

gurUSNavAsA digdhAGgo guruNA'guruNA sadA। zayane pramadAM pInAM vizAlopacitastanIm ॥16॥
