॥ Benefits of ghee॥ Ghee helps enhance memory, intelligence, agni (digestion and metabolism), shukra (semen), ojas (vital essence), kapha and fat. It is considered effective in treating vata, pitta, toxic conditions, insanity, consumption, inauspiciousness and fever.
