नित्यं सन्निहितामित्रं समीक्ष्यात्मानमात्मवान्। नित्यं युक्तः परिचरेदिच्छन्नायुरनित्वरम् ॥११९॥
A person desiring to live the full span of life should remain self controlled and live with great caution assuming that he is constantly surrounded by the foes to his health

nityaM sannihitAmitraM samIkSyAtmAnamAtmavAn। nityaM yuktaH paricaredicchannAyuranitvaram ॥119॥
