मुक्तावलीभिः शीताभिः शीतलैर्भाजनैरपि। जलार्द्रैर्जलजैर्हस्तैः स्विद्यतो हृदयं स्पृशेत् ॥१२॥

[Care during sudation therapy] While sudation is being administered, the precordial region should be frequently touched with a string of cool pearls or cold vessels or wet lotuses or even with wet hands.
