सुशुद्धैर्नक्तकैः पिण्ड्या गोधूमानामथापि वा। पद्मोत्पलपलाशैर्वा स्वेद्यः संवृत्य चक्षुषी ॥११॥

[Pre-sudation care] Before starting sudation, eyes should be closed and covered with very clean cloth or bolus of wet wheat powder or petals of lotus (Nelumbo nucifera) or white lotus (Nymphaea alba).
