यवकोलकुलत्थानां रसाः क्षारः सुरा दधि। क्षीरसर्पिश्च तत् सिद्धं स्नेहनीयं घृतोत्तमम् ॥९४॥
Ghee extracted direct from milk and prepared with the soup of barley, indian jujube and horse-gram, alkali, Sura wine and curds is the best of all ghees to be used in oleation (sneha).
