द्रवोष्णमनभिष्यन्दि भोज्यमन्नं प्रमाणतः। नातिस्निग्धमसङ्कीर्णं श्वः स्नेहं पातुमिच्छता ॥६०॥

[Regimen before sneha consumption] On the day before administration of sneha, one should take warm, liquid diet in proper quantity. The food should not increase secretions, possess unctuousness or material with opposing properties.
