द्व्यङ्गुलं मूत्रमार्गे तु बालायास्त्वेकमङ्गुलम्। उत्तानायाः शयानायाः सम्यक् सङ्कोच्य सक्थिनी॥६७॥

The lady lying down supine with thighs folded upon itself, should be introduced the nozzle comfortably in the direction parallel to the spine.

english translation

dvyaGgulaM mUtramArge tu bAlAyAstvekamaGgulam। uttAnAyAH zayAnAyAH samyak saGkocya sakthinI॥67॥
