प्रत्यागते द्वितीयं च तृतीयं च प्रदापयेत्। अनागच्छन्नुपेक्ष्यस्तु रजनीव्युषितस्य च॥५७॥

In case, the basti medicine comes out, a second and even a third enema may be given. If it does not come out then it can be ignored for a night.

english translation

pratyAgate dvitIyaM ca tRtIyaM ca pradApayet। anAgacchannupekSyastu rajanIvyuSitasya ca॥57॥
