स्नेहाजीर्णं जरयति श्लेष्माणं तद्भिनत्ति च। मारुतस्यानुलोम्यं च कुर्यादुष्णोदकं नृणाम्॥४४॥
In the next morning after the night the expert physician should give water boiled with dhanyaka and nagara (shunthi) or simple warm water. This warm water helps the patient in the digestion of undigested fat and disintegrates kapha.
