तस्मात् सत्यपि निर्देशे कुर्यादूह्य स्वयं धिया। विना तर्केण या सिद्धिर्यदृच्छासिद्धिरेव सा॥२८॥
Hence, in spite of general instructions available in the text, a physician should rationally think all the aspects using his intellect. The success achieved without proper reasoning is nothing but the success by chance.
