3. Atmaguptaphalam (fruit seed of Mucuna prurita Hook.), mashaah (Phaseolus mungo Linn.), godhuma (Triticum aestivum Linn.), yava (hordeum vulgare Linn.). 4. Jalajanupajam mamsam (meat of aquatic and marshy land inhibiting animals). These above four groups of drugs are to be used as basti for promotion of semen and muscle tissue.
