षष्ठे मासि गर्भस्य बलवर्णोपचयो भवत्यधिकमन्येभ्यो मासेभ्यः, तस्मात्तदा गर्भिणी बलवर्णहानिमापद्यते विशेषेण ॥२२॥

[Features in sixth month] During sixth month, fetus derives more strength and complexion, therefore the pregnant woman loses her strength and complexion significantly.
