येषां द्वन्द्वे परा सक्तिरहङ्कारपराश्च ये। उदयप्रलयौ तेषां न तेषां ये त्वतोऽन्यथा ॥६९॥

sanskrit

Those who are attached to rajas and tamas and those who are egoistic undergo the process of birth and rebirth. Others that are not, get liberation.

english translation

yeSAM dvandve parA saktirahaGkAraparAzca ye। udayapralayau teSAM na teSAM ye tvato'nyathA ॥69॥
