भृशार्तिर्मैथुनाशक्ता योनिरन्तर्मुखी मता । गर्भस्थायाः स्त्रिया रौक्ष्याद्वायुर्योनिं प्रदूषयन् ॥३१॥
There is severe pain in vagina leading to intolerance of coital act. This is known as antarmukhi. ॥ Suchimukhi yonivyapat॥ If pregnant woman consumes the vata aggravating ununctuous diet and lifestyle, then the yoni (genital tract) of female fetus is affected.

The woman dislikes the males and is having underdeveloped breasts. This is incurable and is known as shandhi. ॥ Mahayoni yonivyapat॥ If coitus is performed with difficulty on an uncomfortable bed, the vitiated vata dilates the orifices of uterus and vagina.
