भृशार्तिर्मैथुनाशक्ता योनिरन्तर्मुखी मता । गर्भस्थायाः स्त्रिया रौक्ष्याद्वायुर्योनिं प्रदूषयन् ॥३१॥
There is severe pain in vagina leading to intolerance of coital act. This is known as antarmukhi. [Suchimukhi yonivyapat] If pregnant woman consumes the vata aggravating ununctuous diet and lifestyle, then the yoni (genital tract) of female fetus is affected.

मातृदोषादणुद्वारां कुर्यात् सूचीमुखी तु सा । व्यवायकाले रुन्धन्त्या वेगान् प्रकुपितोऽनिलः ॥३२॥

The woman dislikes the males and is having underdeveloped breasts. This is incurable and is known as shandhi. [Mahayoni yonivyapat] If coitus is performed with difficulty on an uncomfortable bed, the vitiated vata dilates the orifices of uterus and vagina.
