निष्प्रत्यनीकः कुरुते तस्माज्ज्ञेयः सुदुःसहः। यथा धातूंस्तथा मूत्रं पुरीषं चानिलादयः ॥५६॥
Thus, it is known to be unbearable. Additionally, the other dhatu, urine, stool and vata etc. dosha, also get affected simultaneously in this fever.
english translation
niSpratyanIkaH kurute tasmAjjJeyaH suduHsahaH। yathA dhAtUMstathA mUtraM purISaM cAnilAdayaH ॥56॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptयुगपच्चानुपद्यन्ते नियमात् सन्तते ज्वरे। स शुद्ध्या वाऽप्यशुद्ध्या वा रसादीनामशेषतः ॥५७॥
If the involved factors like rasa are purified optimally the fever gets subsided in either 7 or 10 or 12 days, otherwise, the fever kills the patient within that period.

yugapaccAnupadyante niyamAt santate jvare। sa zuddhyA vA'pyazuddhyA vA rasAdInAmazeSataH ॥57॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptसप्ताहादिषु कालेषु प्रशमं याति हन्ति वा। यदा तु नातिशुध्यन्ति न वा शुध्यन्ति सर्वशः ॥५८॥
If, some of the 12 constituents of this fever get purified, while some others remain unpurified

saptAhAdiSu kAleSu prazamaM yAti hanti vA। yadA tu nAtizudhyanti na vA zudhyanti sarvazaH ॥58॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptद्वादशैते समुद्दिष्टाः सन्ततस्याश्रयास्तदा। विसर्गं द्वादशे कृत्वा दिवसेऽव्यक्तलक्षणम् ॥५९॥
then the fever goes in latent stage on the 12th day and reappears on the 13th day and may persist for longer duration.

dvAdazaite samuddiSTAH santatasyAzrayAstadA। visargaM dvAdaze kRtvA divase'vyaktalakSaNam ॥59॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptदुर्लभोपशमः कालं दीर्घमप्यनुवर्तते। इति बुद्ध्वा ज्वरं वैद्य उपक्रामेत्तु सन्ततम् ॥६०॥
In this way, a physician should understand the causes and features of this type of fever and should initiate the treatment only after a proper understanding of these factors,
