स्रोतांसि रुद्ध्वा सम्प्राप्ताः केवलं देहमुल्बणाः। सन्तापमधिकं देहे जनयन्ति नरस्तदा ॥१३१॥
It then pervades the entire body to produce excessive heat. Therefore, the temperature increases all over the body and this condition is called jwara.
english translation
srotAMsi ruddhvA samprAptAH kevalaM dehamulbaNAH। santApamadhikaM dehe janayanti narastadA ॥131॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptभवत्यत्युष्णसर्वाङ्गो ज्वरितस्तेन चोच्यते। स्रोतसां सन्निरुद्धत्वात् स्वेदं ना नाधिगच्छति ॥१३२॥
Therefore, the temperature increases all over the body and this condition is called jwara. [Cause of lack of sweating] A person suffering from taruna jwara (the initial stage of jwara) does not sweat because of the obstruction of the channels of circulation and the displacement of agni.

bhavatyatyuSNasarvAGgo jvaritastena cocyate। srotasAM sanniruddhatvAt svedaM nA nAdhigacchati ॥132॥
