हनुमूले स्थितो बन्धात् संस्रयत्यनिलो हनू । विवृतास्यत्वमथवा कुर्यात् [१] स्तब्धमवेदनम् ॥४९॥

॥ Hanugraha (lock jaw)॥ When the vata gets localized at the root of the jaws causes dislocation of the jaws and produces either a condition of stiff gaping of mouth without any pain;

english translation

hanumUle sthito bandhAt saMsrayatyanilo hanU । vivRtAsyatvamathavA kuryAt [1] stabdhamavedanam ॥49॥
