पित्तश्लेष्माधिकं मत्वा शोधनेनोपपादयेत्। स्रवणं चाप्युपेक्षेत लङ्घनैर्वा समाचरेत् ॥१७६॥
If there is predominance of pitta and kapha dosha, the patient should be administered shodhana (elimination) therapies. However, bleeding should not be stopped immediately anyone should wait for appropriate time. The patient can be given fasting therapy.
