पौरमहाधनशब्दार्थवेदविदुषो अभिचारनीतिज्ञाः । मनुजेश्वरौपकरणं छत्रध्वजचामरऽद्यं च ॥ १६-२३ ॥
The Pauras, the great-wealthy, the scholars of sound, meaning, and the Vedas, and those skilled in divination and law; the instruments of kingship—the umbrella, the flag, the fly-whisk, and similar regalia.
