अत्रार्पि होरापटदो द्विजेन्द्रा: सूर्यांशतुल्यां तिथिमुद्दिशन्ति ॥ रात्रिद्युसञ्ज्ञेषु विलोमजन्म भागैश्च वेला: क्रमशो विकल्प्या: ॥ २६-४ ॥

Here also those lords of the twice-borns skillful in the horoscope they declare tithi (lunar day) is equal to the degree of the Sun [in a zodiac sign]. Among the defined night and day [zodiac signs], the birth in the opposite [day and night, respectively].
