परुषवचनोऽपस्मारार्त: क्षयी च निशापतौ स-रवितनये वक्रलोकं गते परिवेषगे ॥ रवियमकुजै: सौम्यादृष्टैर्नभस्स्थलमाश्रितैर्भृतकमनुज: पूर्वोद्दिष्टैर्वराधममध्यमा: ॥ २३-१७ ॥
One will have manly speech, be afflicted with epilepsy, and be consumptive when the lord of the night (the Moon) is with the son of the Sun (Saturn), aspected by Mars, and situated in a halo. With the Sun, Saturn, and Mars dwelling in the pinnacle of the sky (10th house) not aspected by benefics; one is a servant with those previously mentioned as best (the Sun), worst (Saturn), and mediocre (Mars).
