जातस्तौलिनि शौण्डिकोऽध्वनिरतो हैरण्यको नीचकृत् क्रूर: साहसिको विषार्जितधन: शस्त्रान्तगोऽलिस्थिते ॥ सत्पूज्यो धनवान्धनुर्द्धंरगते तीक्ष्णो भिषक्कारुको नीचोऽज्ञ: कुवणिङ् मृगेऽल्पधनवाँल्लुब्धोऽन्यभाग्यरत: ॥ १८-३ ॥
