परयुवतिरतस्तदर्थवादैर्हृतविभव: कुलपांसन: कुजर्क्षे ॥ स्वबलमतिधनो नरेन्द्रपूज्य: स्वजनविभु: प्रथितोऽभय: सिते स्वे ॥ १८-१४ ॥
When Venus is in the zodiac sign of Mars; one is delighted in the young women of others with the praise of those, deprived of wealth, and disgracing a family. When Venus is in one’s own zodiac sign; one has wealth by one’s own strength and intellect, worthy of honor from royalty, lord of one’s own people, famous, and fearless.
