परकर्मकृदस्वशिल्पबुद्धी ॠणवान्विप्टिकरो बुधेऽर्कजर्क्षे ॥ नृपसत्कृतपण्डिताप्तवाक्यो नवमेऽन्त्ये जितसेवकोऽन्त्यशिल्प: ॥ १८-११ ॥
When Mercury is in the zodiac sign of Saturn; one is performing the work of others, comprehension of art and poverty, possessed of debt, and producing compulsory service. When Mercury is in Sagittarius; one is honored by royalty, wise, and skillful in speech. When Mercury is in Pisces; one is a servant subdued and inferior in artistic skill.
