परविभवपरिच्छदोपभोक्ता रवितनयो बहुकार्यकृद्गणेश: ॥ अशुभकृदुडुपोऽह्नि दृश्यमूतिर्गलिततनुश्च शुभोऽन्यथान्यदूह्यम् ॥ १३-८ ॥
The Son of the Sun (Saturn) is the enjoyer of the personal property and wealth of others, doing much work, and ruling a group. The Moon during the day having a visible form produces inauspiciousness and an invisible form produces auspiciousness. In the reverse, the other is to be inferred.
