होरेत्यहोरात्रविकल्पम् एके वाञ्छन्ति पूर्वापरवर्णलोपात् । कर्माजितं पूर्वभवे सद् आदि यत्तस्य पङ्क्तिं समभिव्यनक्ति ॥ १-३॥
