व्यत्यासादुपयोगेन क्रमात्तं प्रकृतिं नयेत्। सर्वंसहः स्थिरबलो विज्ञेयः प्रकृतिं गतः॥५४॥
he should be brought back to his normal health gradually. The person who can withstand all types of strain and whose strength has become stable should be considered as having regained his normalcy (health).
