दाहादिषु त्रिवृत्कल्कं मृद्वीकावारिणा पिबेत्। तद्धि पित्तशकृद्वातान् हृत्वा दाहादिकान् जयेत्॥२६॥
For burning sensation etc. Paste of trivṛt – Operculina turpethum added to water of mṛdvīkā – Vitis vinifera (water in which dry grapes are squeezed) be consumed. It expels out the Pitta, feces and flatus and cures burning sensation etc.

dAhAdiSu trivRtkalkaM mRdvIkAvAriNA pibet। taddhi pittazakRdvAtAn hRtvA dAhAdikAn jayet॥26॥

After purification (elimination of Pitta etc.) the patient should drink gruel mixed with Sugar and in a cold state. The patient who had too many purgation and consequent loss/decrease of feces should be administered food items
