साध्यमेरण्डतैलं वा तैलं वा कफरोगनुत्। वर्ध्मोदावर्तगुल्मार्शःप्लीहमेहाढ्यमारुतान्॥६५॥
Prepare a fine medicinal paste of these herbs and cook it thoroughly with either pure castor oil (eraṇḍa-tailam) or sesame oil (tailam) and a liquid media to prepare a highly potent medicated oil that eradicates stubborn Kapha disorders (kapha-roga-nut). Administered as a therapeutic retention enema (tad-anuvāsanayojyaḥ), it swiftly and effectively destroys scrotal swelling or hernia (vardhma), upward reversal of intestinal transit (udāvarta), phantom abdominal tumors (gulma), hemorrhoids (arśas), splenic disorders (plīhan), urinary disorders including diabetes (meha), rigid thigh/gout conditions
