निःक्वाथ्य तोयेन रसेन तेन शृतं पयोऽर्धाढकमम्बुहीनम् । जीवन्तिमेदर्द्धिवरीविदारीवीराद्विकाकोलिकसेरुकाभिः ॥ १३ ॥

Prepare a decoction of these herbs with water. With this filtered decoction and meat soup, combine half an āḍhaka (approx. 1.53 liters) of cow's milk and boil the mixture until the water content evaporates completely (ambu-hīnam), leaving behind only the medicated milk. Separately, prepare a fine paste using jīvantī (Leptadenia reticulata), the two types of medā (medā and mahāmedā), ṛddhi, varī (Śatāvarī), vidārī (Pueraria tuberosa), vīrā (Kṣīrakākolī), the two types of kākolī (kākolī and kṣīrakākolī), and kaserukā (Scirpus grossus).
