भृङ्गैलाभ्यां समा नीली तैस्त्रिवृतैश्च शर्करा । चूर्णं फलरसक्षौद्रसक्तुभिस्तर्पणं पिबेत् ॥ १३ ॥

sanskrit

nīlī – Indigofera tinctoria, equal in quantity with bhṛṅगा (twak – Cinnamomum zeylanicum) and elā – Elettaria cardamomum; equal to the quantity of these three should be trivṛt (Operculina turpethum), and sugar equal to all the four combined is added. This powder made into a tarpaṇa (satiating drink) by adding fruit juices, honey and flour (of Hordeum vulgare) should be drunk.
