दुरालभां वा मुस्तं वा शीतेन सलिलेन वा । पिबेन्मरिचकोलास्थिमज्जोशीराहिकेसरम् ॥ ६०६ ॥

धात्रीफलरसे सिद्धं पथ्याक्वाथेन वा घृतम् । कुर्यात्क्रियां यथोक्तां च यथादोषबलोदयम् ॥ १०७ ॥
drink ghee prepared with juice of dhatriphala or decotion of Terminalia chebula. Treatment appropriate to the aggravated dosha as required by the strength of the doshas should be done;

पञ्च कर्माणि चेष्टानि सेचनं शोणितस्य च । सत्त्वस्यालम्बनं ज्ञानमगृद्धिर्विषयेषु च ॥ १०८ ॥
it is also desirable to administer the panacakarma (the five purifactory therapies) and bloodletting. Upholding the satva (mind) proper knowledge and avoiding desire in the objects (of the sense organs) are also needed.

मदेष्वतिप्रवृद्धेषु मूर्छायेषु च योजयेत् । तीक्ष्णं सन्न्यासविहितं विषघ्नं विषजेषु च ॥ १०९ ॥
