नस्यं क्षीरघृतं सिद्धं शीतैरिक्षोस्तथा रसः । निर्वापणाश्च गण्डूषाः सूत्रस्थानोदिता हिताः ॥ ६६ ॥
Nasal drops prepared with milk and ghee, or juice of herbs of cold potency or of sugarcane; mouth gargles and application of paste over the body described in sutrastana (vide chapter 22) are beneficial,
english translation
nasyaM kSIraghRtaM siddhaM zItairikSostathA rasaH । nirvApaNAzca gaNDUSAH sUtrasthAnoditA hitAH ॥ 66 ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptदाहज्वरोक्ता लेपाद्या निरीहत्वं मनोरतिः । महासरिद्ध्रदादीनां दर्शनस्मरणानि च ॥ ६७ ॥
and anointments mentioned for fever with burning sensation (vide chapter 1 of cikisthana) mind which is not agitated and dispassionate; sight of or remembrance of great rivers, lakes etc – all these are beneficial.

dAhajvaroktA lepAdyA nirIhatvaM manoratiH । mahAsariddhradAdInAM darzanasmaraNAni ca ॥ 67 ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptतृष्णायां पवनोत्थायां सगुडं दधि शस्यते । रसाश्च बृंहणाः शीता विदार्यादिगणाम्बु च ॥ ६८ ॥
In thirst caused by vata curds mixed with jaggery is suitable; so also meat soup which is nourishing and cold in potency or water boiled with herbs of vidaryadi guna (vide chapter 15 of sutrasthana).

tRSNAyAM pavanotthAyAM saguDaM dadhi zasyate । rasAzca bRMhaNAH zItA vidAryAdigaNAmbu ca ॥ 68 ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptसितायुक्तः पक्वोदुम्बरजो रसः । तत्क्वाथो वा हिमस्तद्वच्छारिवादिगणाम्बु वा ॥ ६९ ॥
In thirst caused by pitta, juice of ripe fruit of Ficus racemosa added with sugar or its decoction made cool, similarly, the decoction or cold infusion of herbs of sarivadigana (vide chapter 15 of sutrasthana)

sitAyuktaH pakvodumbarajo rasaH । tatkvAtho vA himastadvacchArivAdigaNAmbu vA ॥ 69 ॥

or other gana of similar properties, added with sugar and honey or cold infusion prepared from herbs of sweet taste, similarly (that prepared with) trees having milky sap;
