नात्यर्थं शमनेऽपायो भृशोऽशक्यश्च कर्षणे। शमनैर्बृंहणैश्चातो भूयिष्ठं तानुपाचरेत्॥५९॥

that (risk) occurring from palliative therapy is also not very great, whereas that occurring from debilitating therapy is very difficult, (hiccup and dyspnea) should be treated more with palliative and nourishing therapies.
