दशमूलरसे तद्वत् पञ्चकोलगुडान्विताम् । पिबेत् पेयां समतिलां क्षैरेयीं वा ससैन्धवाम् ॥ २२ ॥
Thin gruel prepared from decoction of Dashamula – group of 10 roots, similarly, thin gruel prepared with Panchakola – 5 spices, added with Guda (Jaggery) may be consumed with Ksaireyi (gruel prepared from milk) with equal quantity of Sesamum indicum and rock salt.
