ग्राम्यानूपौदकैः शालियवगोधूमषष्टिकान् । रसैर्माषात्मगुप्तानां यूषैर्वा भोजयेद्धितान् ॥ १९ ॥
rice, barley, wheat, rice harvested in 60 days along with the soup of meat of domestic animals, animals living in marshy land and aquatic animals, or with Yusa (soup) of Masa (Vigna mungo) or Atmagupta (Mucuna pruriens) are to be used as food.
