should be consumed either Pueraria tuberosa or Emblica officinalis, consumed in the dose of the size of fruit of Aegle marmelos for the cure of jaundice. Paste of Baliospermum montanum, mixed with two parts of jaggery should be consumed along with cold water.

Berberis aristate or Azadirachta indica should be administered mixed with honey in the morning daily for the person suffering from jaundice. Collyrium applied to the eyes with Curcuma longa, Ferrum haematite and Emblica officinalis, cures jaundice.

The patient of kamala who eliminates feces resembling the paste Sesamum indicum, the path of pitta being blocked by kapha. Pitta should be won over by treatment which mitigate kapha.
