श्यामात्रिभण्डीत्रिफलाविपक्वेन विरेचयेत् । सितामधुघृताढ्येन निरूहोऽस्य ततो हितः ॥ ६० ॥
Next, they should be given purgative therapy with ghee boiled with śyāmā – Ipomoea turpethum, tribhaṇḍī – Operculina turpethum, and triphalā. Following this, a nirūha (decoction) enema enriched with sugar, honey, and ghee is highly beneficial.
