तीक्ष्णाधोभागयुक्तेन दशमूलिकवस्तिना । तिलोरुबूकतैलेन वातघ्नाम्लशृतेन च ॥ ५७ ॥
This should be done using a Daśamūla enema processed with herbs of strong, downward-evacuating action (tīkṣṇa-adhobhāga). For oil enemas (anuvāsana), a mixture of sesame oil (tila taila) and castor oil (urubūka taila) boiled with vāta-mitigating and sour substances should be used.
