मूत्रे त्वगच्छति दहेदश्मरीव्रणमग्निना । स्वमार्गप्रतिपत्तौ तु स्वादुप्रायैरुपाचरेत् ॥ ६१ ॥
the urine still does not flow through its normal, natural passage, the surgical wound made for extracting the stone should be cautiously cauterized (dahana) with fire. However, if the urine successfully regains its normal path, the patient should then be treated with therapies (such as enemas) that are predominantly sweet in taste (svādu-prāya).

Channels of urine and semen, the urinary bladder, testes, the raphae, rectum, urethra and vagina these eight, should be avoided in the use of sharp instruments (should not be injured).
