अग्न्यनग्निकृतान् स्वेदान् स्वेदि भेषजभोजनन् । गर्भभूवेश्मशयनं कुथकम्बलरल्लकान् ॥ १४४ ॥

sudation (diaphoresis therapy) with or without the use of fire, for persons who are suitable for this therapy; use of medicines and foods which produce sweating such as remaining inside apartments surrounded by thick walls or which are under the ground, sleeping by covering the body with blanket and other thick sheets,

agnyanagnikRtAn svedAn svedi bheSajabhojanan । garbhabhUvezmazayanaM kuthakambalarallakAn ॥ 144 ॥
