कामं तु पयसा तस्य निरूहैर्वा हरेन्मलान् । क्षीरोचितस्य प्रक्षीणश्लेष्मणो दाहतृड्वतः ॥ १०६ ॥
the waste products may be expelled out, if necessary, by either milk (drinking) or by a Niruha (decoction enema). For the person who is accustomed to milk, in whom there is great decrease of Kapha, who is suffering from burning sensation and thirst,
english translation
क्षीरं पित्तानिलार्तस्य पथ्यमप्यतिसारिणः । तद्वपुर्लङ्घनोत्तप्तं प्लुष्टं वनमिवाग्निना ॥ १०७ ॥
who is troubled by increase of Pitta and Vata, the milk is suitable, even for a patient with diarrhoea. It invigorates the body which is weakened by Langhana (fasting and other thinning therapies) just as rain water helps growth of the forest which has been destroyed by fire.

दिव्याम्बु जीवयेत्तस्य ज्वरं चाशु नियच्चति । संस्कृतं शीतमुष्णं वा तस्माद्धारोष्णमेव वा ॥ १०८ ॥
It cures fever soon. Hence milk processed (boiled with appropriate drugs), consumed cold or warm, or fresh warm milk direct from the cows udder

विभज्य काले युञ्जीत ज्वरिणं हन्त्यतोऽन्यथा । पयः सशुण्ठीखर्जूरमृद्वीकाशर्कराघृतम् ॥ १०९ ॥
should be administered to a patient of fever carefully considering the time (season, time of the day and night, stage of fever etc.), otherwise (administered in any other manner) it will kill the fever patient. शृतशीतं मधुयुतं तृड्दाहज्वरनाशनम् । तद्वद्द्राक्षाबलायष्टीसारिवाकणचन्दनैः ॥ ११० ॥
heated then cooled and consumed mixed with honey will relieve thirst, burning sensation and fever. Similarly milk boiled with Vitis vinifera, Sida cordifolia, Glycyrrhiza glabra, Hemidesmus indicus, Piper longum and Santalum album acts likewise.
