Arthashastra
अदर्शनं कार्य निर्वेदः काल अतिपातनाद् अनर्थो धर्म लोपश् च तन्त्र दौर्बल्यं पान अनुबन्धश् च इति ॥
(The evils of the latter are) failure to see (what ought to be seen), violation of duty, the evil of postponing works that are to be immediately done, incapacity to deal with politics, and contracting the evil of drinking.
english translation
adarzanaM kArya nirvedaH kAla atipAtanAd anartho dharma lopaz ca tantra daurbalyaM pAna anubandhaz ca iti ॥
