"यथा च दाता प्रतिग्रहीता च न उपहतौ स्यातां तथा अनुशयं कुशलाः कल्पयेयुः" इति ॥
for example: "Experts shall determine the validity or invalidity of gifts so that neither the giver nor the receiver is likely to be hurt thereby."
english translation
"yathA ca dAtA pratigrahItA ca na upahatau syAtAM tathA anuzayaM kuzalAH kalpayeyuH" iti ॥
